Position Description:

***ITI / RRS***Provide operational IPv6 support for a one year emerging IPv6 technology project deployment in a global enterprise DNS/DHCP IPAM solution. Provide operational support to IPv6 tool development and operational procedures in stages of the project. Work closely with IPv6 tool development team and coordinate all aspects of assisting with defining and documenting IPv6 requirements, development testing and check out and coordination with IT groups requiring IPv6 services. Provide change management implement support for IPv6 and IPv4 with existing operational support team per approved change management procedures. Assist with change management tooling to establish and test common/standard operational process documentation and proper usage. Incorporate tooling to validate IPv6 address assignment and implementation. Assist in determining if new IPv6 DNS change windows and change criteria are required. Assist with defining and testing domain name registration (DNR) for IPv6 domains and any tool updates as required. Provide daily and rotational support for ITIL incident/problem management, along with resolving proactive event management. Assist with Incident management process and tool development testing to operationalize IPv6 within the Operations department (troubleshooting procedures, documentation, etc.). This position requires standard operation support issue of a laptop, cell phone, and SecurID token.  This what I'm supposed to be doing?
